CINECA — HPC Curricular Intern

  • Project: Infrastructure, Lifecycle Management and Security Hardening for HPC Services via Kubernetes
  • Replicated a production Kubernetes cluster used to orchestrate HPC support services as a digital twin on Cineca's private cloud, using IaC tooling (Ansible)
  • Ran infrastructure-level security benchmarks (CIS) on the digital twin and tested lifecycle and backup-recovery procedures

Reversible concurrent language — C, Python, Formal Semantics · BSc Thesis

Designed a reversible concurrent language with SOS semantics (rendezvous channels, parallelism, try/rollback). Built KairosVM: Python front-end (lexer, LALR(1) parser) + C bytecode interpreter with bidirectional execution. Case study: reversible Burrows-Wheeler transform.

Out-of-tree Linux driver stack for the Cavium CN6640 SNIC10E card, exposing it as two 10GbE interfaces via a reverse-engineered PCIe BAR2 datapath — no vendor firmware NDA. Line-rate 10GbE TX (9.7–9.8 Gb/s), 8.1–8.8 Gb/s RX, automatic boot, no serial console.
